Founded in 1991 by pioneer dentist and philanthropist Dr. Charles Tozzer, Dental Care for Children has delivered over $5 million in free dental care to over 10,000 destitute kids from the poorest areas of the immigrant communities in Southern California, to orphanages and schools in Mexico, Central America and Haiti.

With throngs of dedicated volunteers, Dr. Tozzer has spearheaded the delivery of these crucial services to the children in orphanages and underprivileged school districts in Mexico, Haiti and Southern California.
