OUR WORK IN SOUTHERN CALIFORNIA
When thinking of those in need, many do not consider the incredible need of children right here in our own country but the need is immense, especially for children and students. Dental Care for Children recognized this need and hosts free clinics in Irvine, Santa Ana, Tustin, and Los Angeles.
OUR WORK IN MEXICO
Dental Care for Children has been traveling to Mexico for 31 years to provide free dental clinics for the children in the impoverished communities of Ensenada and Maneadero. In fact, it was an orphanage in Ensenada, Mexico where we first started our mission with two dentists and a truck filled with hand-made dental equipment. Dental Care for Children has strong support from both US Rotary clubs and the Club Rotario Ensenada, and has been commended by the Archbishop of Ensenada for our dental relief efforts in Ensenada schools. To date, 165 clinics have been held.
OUR WORK IN HAITI
There is an abundance of need for dental care among the Haitian community, where many children have not seen a dentist in years, if ever. In recent years, Dental Care for Children has expanded their dental relief efforts to several orphanages in Les Cayes, Haiti, with volunteer trips to orphanages two to three times per year. On these extended trips we are able to help several hundred children over the span of a couple days. Beginning in 2007, Dental Care for Children has held 31 clinics in Haiti.

ABOUT DR. TOZZER
Dr. Charles “Chuck” Tozzer began Dental Care for Children with a simple concept. Provide free dental services for children that didn't have access to care. From a single clinic at an orphanage in Maneadero, Mexico, the organization now provides more than eight clinics a year in the United States, Mexico and Haiti.
OUR MISSION
To provide high-quality dental services for disadvantaged children around the world who don't have access to adequate dental care.
